From the South (from I-95N):
• Take MD exit 93 for MD-222 towards Pt Deposit/Perryville
• Turn right at MD-275/Perrylawn Dr.
• Turn right at MD-276
• Turn right at Conowingo Rd/US-1
• Take PA-10 exit towards Oxford, PA
• Turn right at Limestone Road/PA-10
• Turn right at PA-30 (do NOT take the bypass 30 exit right after the turn)
• You will pass through Sadsburyville.
• Turn right on Washington Lane (“Little Anthonys” on corner which is the first right after the Sadsbury self storage)
• Turn left on Rockdale Drive (first left)
• Keep to the right and follow the road to the END. You should pass 4 houses. You will know when you have arrived! There is one fork in the road, do not go up the hill to the farm, rather continue to the right down the road.

From New York and points North:
• Take the NJ Turnpike South to exit 6 – where it will become the PA Turnpike.
• Follow the PA Turnpike (76W) West
• Take exit 312 for PA-100 S towards Downingtown
• Turn Right on PA-113/Uwchlan Avenue
• Take the exit for US-30W towards Coatesville
• Take the exit for Chester County Airport (it is after all the Coatesville exits)
• Turn left on Airport Road
• Turn right on Lincoln Highway (US-30 Business)
• Turn left on Washington Lane (“Little Anthonys” on corner. it is the first left about 1/2 mile down the road. if you get to Sadsbury Self Storage you have gone too far)
• Turn left on Rockdale Drive (first left)
• Keep to the right and follow the road to the END. You should pass 4 houses. You will know when you have arrived! There is one fork in the road, do not go up the hill to the farm, rather continue to the right down the road.
